Maurice Tulich is Managing Director and Curtis Mann is Director of Tulich Family Communities.

Maurice and the Tulich family name have been synonymous with the city of Liverpool for over half a century. Raised in the Prestons district, Maurice continued his grandfather's dream of providing affordable accommodation and a peaceful, warm environment for the older residents of the community. In 1995 Maurice and Curtis had a passion & vision of establishing a continuim of care (or 'village for life') retirement community in Prestons created Blue Hills Village. With total commitment and a hands-on approach Maurice has gained an in-depth knowledge of the management and skills required to successfully develop a retirement lifestyle community. Maurice has actively been involved with Retirement Villages Association and the Aged Care industries serving as a State and past National Director. He also served on the consulative committee with the Department of Health and Ageing for the Retirement Village Care Program He is married and has four children.
